To ensure a complete match, she extensively interviews candidates to find out who they are and what they are looking for – as people. Sabrina is most fulfilled when helping people grow professionally. Her vision and ability to nurture relationships has led to long-term solutions and success for her clients and candidates.
Sabrina began her career as a Partner at a Mediation firm where she provided dispute resolution services for matters of civil litigation, workplace disagreements, as well as divorce and separation. Following her passion for recruitment, Sabrina went on to launch and grow her own firm specialized in recruitment for small to medium sized businesses before joining a leading Toronto based recruitment firm as Director of Talent Acquisition.
Sabrina obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at York University and her Post-Graduate Human Resources Certificate at Seneca College of Applied Arts & Sciences. She also completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate at Humber College and became an Associate Mediator specializing in Civil Mediations such as Employment/Workplace disputes.
